Nice menu, but totally unsuitable for a traditional Lent (my husband is Greek Orthodox), where any dairy (milk, butter, cheese, cream) as well as olive oil and olives themselves are banned! Give that a try, gentlemen from Spaans Dak! And please let me know if you do have any ideas!
