Round Trip is a 4-mains concept from chef Christophe Pauly from Le Coq Aux Champs. It is no secret thatChristophe loves cosiness and what is more cosy and fun than inviting another top chef in your kitchen? His Round Trip is concept is, as the name says, not limited to one-way traffic: Christophe will invite a chef in his kitchen and will also cook in their kitchen. Round trip is a real exchange between chefs, table guests and locations.
Le Coq Aux Champs
Christophe Pauly’s restaurant Le Coq aux Champs (Soheit-Tinlot) is one of our favourite fine-dining restaurants in Wallonia. It is awarded with 1 Michelin star and a score of 17/20 in the Gault&Millau guide. The restaurant is located in the beautiful ‘Condroz’ region between the green and the fields. De Jonkman
De Jonkman is the gastronomic restaurant of chef Filip Claeys, located in the outskirts of Bruges. It is awarded with 18 points in the Gault&Millau guide and 2 Michelin stars. The restaurant and its chef Filip Claeys are particularly known for the concept NorthseaChefs, an initiative that wants to promote the beautiful produce from the North Sea. Round Trip 4-mains
On the 16th of October 2017, Christophe Pauly invited Filip Claeys to cook together in his restaurant. The chefs created a special 8-course menu for the occasion, inspired on the social aspect of dining, emotion and fun, but also interpreted as a return to purity and modernity.
