Revisit Veranda (Berchem)

We revisited de Veranda on July 17 with our colleagues from, ‘QLI’, ‘Shoot That Food’ (picture credits) and Be-gusto. Once again we had a wonderful evening with tasteful, product oriented dishes and amazing beverage pairings.
Young herring with potato & leek vichyssoise and pickled onion
‘Walk through our garden where sunshine arrives’: A beautiful combination of bok choy and roasted onion finished with sour cream
Veal Tongue with pickle and peanut, a cream of peanut, peanut vinaigrette and silver onions
Pork Shoulder with cherries, peas and cream of horseradish and Savora mustard
Apricot with apricot mousse, foam of yogurt, sauce of elderflower and meringue with orange peel.
Root structures with a slightly sweet sauce of carrot and white balsamic. Panna cotta with sage and foam with yoghurt.
