Mange Tout (Middelkerke)
Mange Tout is located in Middelkerke, at the Belgian coast. It is established in a renovated fast food restaurant (Quick), which ensures an original and remarkable location!
The interior is modern, comfortable and boasts a lot of art, the exterior still resembles the old fast food joint, with the ‘drive in’ marks & parking spots.
Restaurant Mange Tout was founded in 2006 by Peter Moyaert and Lieve Debruyne.
Gregory Schatteman (ex sous-chef Hertog Jan) was the chef from April 2010 until September 2011, Jan Moyaert took over the knives in 2011 and remains the chef until today.
The heritage of Gregory Schatteman can still be found in the dishes with sour, sweet and fresh accents; Jan Moyaert adds greasy flavors and focuses on seafood.
Fish and seafood, prepared with respect for the ingredients, are the stars in restaurant Mange Tout. The chef focuses on pure and honest tastes, and succeeds in combining simple, traditional flavors into fresh & light dishes.

Coffee & sweets
We had the matching wine arrangement, and were pleasantly surprised.
A great selection of French and Italian wines was offered, and we particularly liked the red wine that accompanied the cheeses, a slightly spicy Chateau du Sauvanes 2010 Faugeres.
The aperitif was a Belgian sparkling wine from the Walloon region. Slightly sour, quite special and a great start for our lunch.
The “Belgian Taste Buds” Experience
We had a great lunch at Mange Tout. We enjoyed the no-fringe, honest kitchen with strong, natural tastes, combined with a great service. Another recommendation at the Belgian coast!
