The Concept

Limburg Proeft is a culinary festival in Hasselt (Limburg, Belgium), where restaurants and caterers present some of their speciality dishes. Visitors of Limburg Proeft can sample delicious creations from star chefs, class bistros and young talents for a fraction of the restaurant price. A variety of restaurants is represented during the festival and guests can try gourmet dishes and creative creations from Belgian-French, Italian, Greek and even Asian cuisine.

We had the opportunity to be part of the jury that chooses ‘the best dish of Limburg Proeft‘, together with Frank Cops from Be-gusto, Willem Asaert, Liesbeth Hobert and Dirk Jacobs.
